Dr. Veit is a Board Certified Orthodontist who has had the opportunity to practice orthodontics in three different countries (USA, Japan, Italy) and has worked closely with orthodontists trained across America. This has given him the advantage of seeing what truly works, versus the latest trends or fads in orthodontics. Pursuing the highest degree of education, he achieved board certification by having the quality of his completed cases critiqued by a panel of board-certified orthodontists. This is a distinction that only 30% of Orthodontists go on to achieve.
He enjoys keeping current with the latest advancements via multiple online orthodontist groups and completing additional continuing education courses. As an example, to ensure he had the most current Invisalign training available, he completed the Four-month Aligner Intensive Fellowship. He is also using the latest advancement in traditional braces; LightForce customized braces for digitally precise and fast results. No other bracket system compares to this technology leap.
Dr. Veit uses the knowledge gained from his experiences to merge an enjoyable experience with quality results. He appreciates the commitment necessary from the patients and parents in order to achieve the smile they deserve. With that in mind, he works hard to keep the investment of a brighter smile as affordable as possible for everyone.
Dr. Veit was born and raised in Fond du Lac and is the son of retired Pediatrician and Medical Director of Agnesian Health Care, Kirk Veit. His wife, Rachel, was raised in Mankato, Minnesota. She is a skilled graphic designer and a wonderful mother. Their young children, Vitasha, Brody, and Austin are extremely energetic and love attention, so if you see them out and about, please feel free to say hello! They are thrilled to be near family while raising their children in a community with shared values.
When not in the office, Dr. Veit’s hobbies include: snowboarding, boating, surfing/wake surfing, mixed martial arts, hunting, fishing, camping and traveling. He spent 9 years as a Naval Officer working with Marines, Sailors, Airmen, Soldiers, and their families while living in Japan, Texas, and Italy. He’s looking forward to meeting you in person and finding out what you have in common!
It is an honor to be able to brighten smiles and build relationships in this caring community. Seeing someone take joy in life with the confidence of a transformed smile is what I strive for every day.
