Bright Orthodontics treats Little Chute patients at our Oshkosh office, about 28 miles and 29 minutes away. Dr. Adam Veit is a board-certified orthodontist and treats children, teens and adults there. Care includes braces, LightForce® 3D-printed braces and Invisalign® clear aligners.
Little Chute is a village of its own inside one of Wisconsin’s busiest metro areas. It kept its name, its schools and its Dutch heritage while the Fox Cities grew around it. Families here are used to choosing between the village and the wider area for almost everything, and orthodontic care is one more of those choices.
Our Oshkosh office is about 28 miles and 29 minutes from Little Chute. We have not published a route: the distance and the drive time are measured, and a specific highway description for this leg was not verified, so it is not here.
Most errands from Little Chute run toward Appleton. Ours is the opposite direction, and we know that is unusual enough to need a reason. The reason is what is at the end of it: a practice where one board-certified orthodontist, Dr. Adam Veit, treats every patient at every visit, across four offices that share one set of records, with technology that is not held back for the bigger markets.
The Little Chute Windmill stands at 130 W. Main Street, an authentic working Dutch windmill built in Holland, taken apart, shipped, and reassembled here. It is not a replica or a decoration; it grinds grain.
That is a fair description of the village generally. Little Chute Area School District enrolls roughly 1,600 students and runs one high school, Little Chute High School on Freedom Road. One high school means one calendar, one homecoming, one set of exam weeks. In a metro area with a dozen competing school schedules, that simplicity is worth something when you are trying to book anything at all.
This is the part of the service area that is personal for the practice. Dr. Adam Veit was born and raised in Fond du Lac. He is the son of Kirk Veit, a retired pediatrician who served as Medical Director at Agnesian HealthCare, so the family name has been attached to children’s health in this community for a long time.
He did not stay put. He earned his DDS at the University of Minnesota, completed a full orthodontic residency through the Tri-Service Orthodontic Residency Program and a master’s degree at the Uniformed Services University, practiced in the United States, Japan and Italy, and served nine years as a Naval Officer.
Then he came home, and today he treats families ten minutes from where he grew up. Board certification by the American Board of Orthodontics came out of that same run of work: it is voluntary, and it requires submitting finished cases to a panel of board-certified orthodontists to be judged. Dr. Veit holds it.

Choosing orthodontic care that fits your lifestyle and schedule is an important part of the process. Here are some questions patients often consider before starting treatment.
Yes. Nothing about our scheduling depends on which village line your address falls on, and the drive from the neighboring communities is within a few minutes of the Little Chute figure on this page. Give our team your address when you book and we can tell you what your own trip looks like.
It can be a very good time, and it is worth planning rather than defaulting. Starting the summer before a school transition means the awkward first weeks happen at home rather than in a new hallway. It also puts the removal date somewhere useful, before a graduation or a season of photographs. Dr. Veit will map the likely timeline at the first visit so you can pick the start deliberately.
The first appointment is an assessment and a conversation. Dr. Veit will tell you what he sees, what he would do about it, and what happens if you wait a year.
