What Happens Next
- We call you back, usually within 1 to 2 business days. Your request goes to the office you choose, and we will confirm the time that works best.
- We send you what to fill in. Anything we need in advance arrives before your visit, so the appointment itself is not spent on paperwork.
- You come in for the exam. Around an hour. You will leave knowing whether treatment is needed, what the options are and what it would cost. See your first orthodontic visit.
You are not committing to anything by sending this form. Plenty of families come in, get an answer, and decide the timing is not right yet. That is a perfectly good outcome and we will tell you so ourselves.
We treat children, teens and adults across Oshkosh, Fond du Lac, Ripon and Berlin, so pick whichever is easiest to get to. You can switch offices later if your week changes.
