Meet the Bright Orthodontics Team
Every patient who walks in here is different, and every one deserves care that fits them. Our team is what makes that possible. They are experienced, they are genuinely good at this, and they work hard to make each visit comfortable, calm and worth your time.
A few things you should know about this group before you read further. Several of them were patients here first and liked it enough to come back and work here. Several have been in orthodontics for decades. And you will see the same faces at your appointments year after year, which matters more than it sounds when treatment runs two years or more.

Hi there! I joined the Bright Ortho family after almost nine years in the medical device field as a project manager. You will see me at the front desk, where I am available to help with all sorts of things. In our free time, my husband and I enjoy ice fishing in the winter, and trap shooting or heading to our cabin with our UTV in the summer. We have two dogs and a cat. I look forward to getting to know you and watching your smile transform.

I have dreamed of returning to orthodontics for many years and love all the exciting things I get to do for our patients. As Treatment Coordinator I get the privilege of welcoming patients to our practice and helping them learn about their own treatment plans. I love educating people about the individual benefits of orthodontics. I especially love sharing generations of beautiful smiles with family members when they bring their loved ones in to start the journey with us. In my personal life, I am married to Big Joe and we have two sons. We enjoy hiking and spending time outdoors, but we also love a good video game or movie night.

Hello! I am so excited to be part of the Bright Team, where I can see myself learn and grow. I love watching all the transformations in smiles from beginning to end. It is truly amazing. We recently moved back home to Wisconsin. I was an army wife for 11 years and a stay-at-home mom for 8 years. I have two beautiful children. In my free time I enjoy being with my husband and kids, and watching football on the weekends with family and friends. Although it is hard to find “me” time, I enjoy watching crime and drama shows and putting puzzles together with my husband. I look forward to meeting all of you.

I began my career in the apparel industry where I spent 17 years working in Product Development for brands like Oshkosh B’Gosh and JanSport. Over the past several years I’ve had the opportunity to work with elementary students as a Teacher Assistant. I love helping people and believe in creating a quality experience for all patients. My husband and I have two teenage daughters and a black Labrador Retriever that keep us busy and active. We’re an outdoorsy family that loves traveling and exploring new places together. Hi, my name is Kylie and I’m a Treatment Coordinator here at Bright Orthodontics! I love helping patients take the first step in their smile journey and making the process feel easy, comfortable, and exciting. Before joining the orthodontic world, I was a teacher, and I’m so grateful to bring those skills into the office - whether it’s educating patients, answering questions, or helping families feel confident in their treatment decisions. Outside of the office, I love spending time with my husband, Sam, who is a music teacher in Oshkosh, along with our two dogs and two cats. You can also find me playing Fortnite, spending quality time with my niece and nephew, or grabbing a coffee and wandering the aisles at Target. I truly enjoy building connections with our patients and being part of such a positive and supportive team!

Hi there, I’m Lauren and I started my career in orthodontics here at Bright Orthodontics as a Treatment Coordinator. As a TC, I help educate our new and current patients about their treatment options! Before working here, I was teaching English to kindergarteners overseas in China. I lived there for about two years and then moved here to Wisconsin with my husband, Evan. We have two Bernedoodles named Aurora and Toast, who are the fluffs of our lives. I enjoy traveling internationally, hiking with our dogs, trying all the different foods, and cuddling up for a good show or movie. I look forward to meeting you and hearing about how we can help brighten your smile!

Hi, I’m Bethany, the Lead Assistant here at Bright Orthodontics! I actually started as a patient of Dr. Veit, so I know firsthand what the orthodontic journey is like and love being able to help our patients feel comfortable and confident every step of the way. My goal is to make every visit a positive experience and help create smiles our patients are proud of! When I’m not in the office, you can usually find me spending time with my cats, picking up my favorite Summer Fridays lip gloss, shopping at Lululemon, or playing Fortnite to unwind. I love being part of such an amazing team and getting to build connections with our patients every day!

I started my journey in orthodontics when I was a senior in high school, and I am still brightening smiles. You will see me when your special day comes to get your braces off. I love seeing the excitement on a patient’s face when they see their new smile. My husband Cary and I have three sons and three wonderful daughters-in-law. We also have four grandsons, who are my whole world. I love exploring and learning alongside them. We have two cats, Charlie and Ollie, to help occupy our time, as if we were not busy enough. In my free time I enjoy camping and, of course, spending time with my sweet grandchildren.

I have been through the process of having braces myself, so I can support you as you go through it, and cheer you on when you reach the finish line. I am married to my wonderful husband Matt and we are obsessed with pugs. We own a pug named Nova. In my free time I am either snuggling with my pug or playing Fortnite with my husband.

I started my dental career in orthodontics, then moved to a general dental office for 7 years. I was so excited to return to the world of orthodontics, and even more excited to be part of the Bright Orthodontics team. Over time I have learned that a beautiful smile can transform your life, and I am thankful to be part of that process for our patients. I love seeing the changes in our patients’ smiles and watching everything settle into place. I have four amazing kids and one Boston Terrier running around at home, which keeps me incredibly busy. In my spare time, I love cheering my kids on in everything they do, working in my vegetable and flower garden, and spending time with family and friends.

After graduation my husband went through a career change and accepted a job here in Wisconsin, and now this is where we, and our two boys, call home. When I am not in the clinic helping brighten our patients’ smiles, you can find me in the kitchen baking all kinds of treats. Would you believe I am a former pastry chef? You might also find me at an MLB or NFL game, or trying out new food places. I cannot wait to be part of your new smile.

I started here when I was 16 and have truly enjoyed every moment since. From the very beginning, I’ve felt so lucky to be part of such a welcoming and supportive team. Everyone made it easy to learn, grow, and feel comfortable, which has made my experience here really meaningful. Before starting, I wasn’t completely sure what I wanted to do in the future, but working in orthodontics has been such a fun and rewarding path for me. I’m very passionate about helping others become more confident in their smiles, and I love being part of a process that can make such a positive difference in someone’s life. Getting to know patients and seeing their progress is one of my favorite parts of the job. Outside of work, I love going shopping, traveling, spending time with my family and friends, and being out on the lake especially riding my jet ski. I also run my own small business, The Rustic Farmstand, where I make and sell homemade baked goods. It’s something I’m really proud of and has taught me a lot about hard work, creativity, and connecting with my community.Â

Since graduating from the University of Wisconsin-Stout, I have worked as an Art Director and Graphic Designer for 24 years. My experience includes a metropolitan advertising agency, an overseas marketing company in Japan, and freelance design in Italy. I am the wife of Dr. Veit, and together we have three energetic children. We also have two cats in our family named Rocky and Snowy.
