Testimonials on a practice website deserve a little skepticism, so here is how to read these. Look at what they mention rather than how glowing they are. Notice how many of them talk about being greeted, being called by name, or being asked how school is going. Those are the things a practice cannot fake for two years of appointments, and they are what you will actually experience week to week.

Every quote on this page came from a Bright Orthodontics patient and is published exactly as it was written. We have not shortened them, tidied the grammar or combined two people’s words into one. First names only, to protect their privacy.
We are a practice of one doctor and a team that mostly stays, which is why so many of these mention people by how they were treated rather than by what was done to their teeth. That is the part we care most about getting right.

Questions About Our Reviews
Why do the testimonials show first names only?
Privacy. Most of these patients were teenagers when they wrote them, and publishing a full name alongside a photograph or a treatment detail is not something we are willing to do.
Where else can I read reviews of Bright Orthodontics?
Google is the fullest picture, with separate listings for each of our four offices. We are also on Facebook, where our page carries its own reviews.
How do I share my own experience?
Tell us at your next appointment, or leave a Google review for the office you attend. We read all of them, including the ones that tell us to fix something.
Do you give patients anything in exchange for a review?
No. Reviews are not a points category in our rewards program, because a review someone was paid for is worth nothing to the family reading it. If you had a good experience we would be glad if you said so, and if you did not, we would rather hear that first.
